Jennifer Smith

Donor Relations Manager / Co-Founder

Jennifer is a co-founder of the Seattle Clemency Project and served as the Executive Director from 2016-2024. Jennifer began her legal career as a public defender in San Francisco and worked in private criminal defense for several years. Her commitment to ensuring those who have been impacted by the criminal justice system have a voice and second chance is grounded in a deep belief that we are all fallible and capable of reform, and a healthy legal system must account for that. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California San Francisco College of Law and the University of San Diego. She is the current Donor Relations Manager for SCP.
