Jeffrey is Legal Counsel for the Redemption Project of Washington (RPW). Jeffrey has been an attorney since 1987 and has worked in multiple states. Over the last decade, he has focused his private practice on post-conviction cases often related to overly long sentences. As RPW's legal counsel, he takes that specialized knowledge and provides assistance to individuals who are seeking or who have obtained a new sentencing hearing. Jeffrey currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
