Board Member

Josh is an associate at Karr Tuttle Campbell in the firm’s litigation group. His primary focus is employment and insurance litigation. Josh earned his Juris Doctor at Seattle University, where he was part of the founding cohort of the Homeless Rights Advocacy Project. He co-authored the study, "At What Cost: The Minimum Cost of Criminalizing Homelessness in Seattle and Spokane,” which highlights the social and financial costs of enforcing laws that disproportionately impact the homeless population in Washington’s two biggest cities. In practice, he has continued his social justice advocacy through SCP pro bono clemency work. Josh is eager to continue his clemency work through his board membership with SCP.
